We offer two repair services.

Remote Repair - If you have access to the internet we can do some repairs over the net. The standard charge for repair work is $50.00/hr. There is a $50.00 diagnostic charge which is credited to the repair if you authorize us to do the work.

In-House Repair - If your system needs to be physically repaired. We charge $50.00/hr for repairs. It is your responsibility to ship your computer to Ad-Vantage for repair. We will then issue a quote for the repairs necessary. Upon your approval we will proceed with the repairs. The bench charge to check your system and prepare a quote is $50.00, which is credited to the repair if you authorize us to do the work.
